If you want to try placing a free ad, do so and try it out. If you're looking to place a bunch of ads, try that for under $10. After that, I would recommend purchasing the upgrade, and it's even cheaper per month with a free week to try out the upgraded service. Before you go for all of that, take a look at the site, and see if it's to your liking.

Google has placed this site at a page rank of 5/10. That's pretty darn good. That means that Google is constantly looking at the new stuff it's posting, so if you sign up for the ultimate membership, and place some of those <h1> tags </h1> in your ads, they'll definatly be seen by the search engines as important.
